About Us

Trusted Nationwide Since 2009

Taylor Lloyd Law has been helping landlords and letting agents across England and Wales navigate the possession process for over 15 years. We do one thing, and we do it well.

Who Is Taylor Lloyd Law?

For over 15 years, Taylor Lloyd Law has helped landlords and letting agents across England and Wales navigate the possession process with confidence. We opened our doors in 2009 and have worked exclusively in this field ever since — eviction is not a side service, it is everything we do.

In that time we have guided thousands of landlords — from individual buy-to-let investors through to large portfolio owners — through every stage of possession proceedings. Our experience spans straightforward arrears cases, complex multi-ground proceedings, contested matters, and enforcement. We have seen it all.

We are trusted by both independent letting agents and large leading letting agencies across the country. Our clients return to us because we deliver reliable, practical guidance without unnecessary complexity — and because we understand how important it is to get things right first time. A procedural error at any stage can invalidate months of work and thousands of pounds in costs.

We are proud BLA members — members of the British Landlord Association — reflecting our commitment to professional standards across everything we do for landlords and property professionals.

We have fully adapted to the Renters' Rights Act 2026, which came into force on 1 May 2026. The abolition of Section 21, the updated Ground 8 arrears threshold, the new mandatory grounds 8A and 1A, and the PRS Database requirements arriving September 2026 — we understand every element of the new framework and our guidance reflects it.

Taylor Lloyd Law operates entirely remotely. We cover all of England and Wales — no office visit required at any stage of proceedings.
